How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express, Pay Pal. We also accept prepaid debit cards.

Is it safe to order online?
Of course! We are a member of “Verified by Visa” and “Secure by Mastercard,” which provide additional security when using your cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, like your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit or debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our site can’t be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

How do I know if you have received my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order details. This information will also be emailed to you, but it could take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order has been shipped. If an email does not appear to have been received, please check your spam folder.

Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes, please reach out as soon as possible. Once your order is processed or shipped, modifications won’t be possible, but you may still qualify for store credit or an exchange after receiving it.

Can I track my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping email you can check the status of your order anytime.

Can I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for store credit or an exchange after receiving your order.

What should I do if I receive and incorrect or faulty item?
We're sorry to hear that! Hit us up within 14 days of receiving your goods via our Contact Page with your order number. Our Customer Care team will get on this, ASAP!

How long will shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of being placed.
Express Shipping is 4-7 business days for delivery on average.

What if I'm not home when my parcel is delivered?
The shipping company will attempt to deliver to you directly, if no one is home they will leave it in a safe space on the property. If not safe space is available, your order will be taken to your local post office for collection.

Will a signature be required on delivery?
If you or a neighbour is home to accept the delivery, then a signature will be required. If nobody is home to receive the parcel, then our carriers may attempt to leave it in a safe location. A card may be left to advise you of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact the courier to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date that is more suitable for you.

Can I ship to a different address than my address?
Of course! You can have your parcel shipped to another address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered. 

What is my parcel doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days after the promised shipping date to receive your parcel in case of a shipping delay, please contact us and we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will look into this for you.

Do you have a shop?
We are a dedicated online retailer at this time and physical shop is in our plans.

Can I pre-order an item?
Unfortunately, due to the exclusivity and quick turnaround of our stock, you are unable to pre-order anything at the moment.

I've forgotten my password, what should I do?
Don't worry if you've forgotten your password! Simply click the Forgot your password? link next to the login button and follow the instructions. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you continue to experience problems.

How do I change my email address?
For customer account security we do not allow change of email address, if you need to use an alternative email address please create a new account.

How do I unsubscribe?
Click the 'Unsubscribe' button at the bottom of the email newsletter.

Checking Out

  1. By clicking the "Checkout" button in your cart, you will be asked to either log in to your account or to create one.
  2. If you don't have an account, you will be asked to create one with your shipping address information. Select 'use this address for billing' if your billing address is the same as your shipping address, and then proceed on to the next step.
  3. If you unselected the box 'use this address for billing', you will be able to enter your billing address now.
  4. If you have a discount code you can enter this now! Complete your order, simply confirm by reviewing the order totals and entering your payment information. Then click the "Pay Now" button. Upon completion, you will be given an order number and you will receive an email confirmation of your order details. So Easy.

When We Have Received Your Order
