Bosa Swim Return & Exchange Policy
At Bosa Swim, we maintain a strict hygiene policy to ensure the safety of our customers and the quality of our products. Swimwear cannot be resold, even if it appears unused. This policy guarantees that every customer receives only brand-new, high-quality items.
At Bosa Swim, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services while upholding hygiene, sustainability, and fair business practices. Our return policy is designed to protect our customers and the environment while ensuring compliance with U.S and AUS consumer protection laws. For EU customers, returns are subject to European consumer regulations, with additional conditions for hygiene-related products.
Sustainability Commitment
Bosa Swim is part of the Green Hearts Program, reducing CO₂ emissions through recycled materials and carbon-neutral shipping. To minimize waste, we encourage mindful shopping—returns due to a change of mind contribute to unnecessary emissions. Instead, we offer store credit and exchanges to support sustainability.
Returns & Refunds
- Products can be returned within 14 business days of delivery.
- Faulty or damaged products are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Contact us via our Contact Page if you believe your product is damaged or defective.
- Returns due to a change of mind or wrong size qualify for store credit or exchange only.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are non-returnable.
- If 14 business days have passed since receiving your order, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
We process all returns within 7-10 business days of receiving your items. Once approved, store credit, an exchange, or a refund will be issued within 5 business days.
Shipping & Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear with a removed hygiene seal or signs of wear cannot be returned.
- Items purchased through the Partnership Program, Final Sale offers, or with discounts exceeding 45% are considered final sale and only qualify for store credit.
Exchanges
For a faster exchange, return your item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union Returns
Customers in the EU have a 14-day return window for online purchases. Swimwear must have the hygiene seal intactto be eligible. If the seal is removed or the item is worn, we cannot accept the return due to health and safety regulations.
