Returns policy

We maintain a strict hygiene policy to ensure the safety of our customers and quality of our products. Lingerie and swimwear products are not able to be resold, even if they appear to be unused. This policy ensures that every our customer receives only brand new and high quality products. 

Bosa Swim takes part in the Green Hearts Program, reducing CO₂ emissions with recycled materials and carbon-neutral shipping. To minimize waste, we encourage mindful shopping, as returns due to a change of mind add unnecessary emissions. Instead, we offer store credit and exchanges to support sustainability.

  • Products can be returned within 14 business days of delivery for a Full Refund.
  • Faulty or damaged products are eligible for the Full Refund, Exchange or Store Credit. Please contact us via our Contact Page if you believe your product is damaged or faulty.
  • Returns due to a change of mind or wrong size are eligible for store credit or exchange.
  • Items must be received in original condition - unused and in original packaging.
  • We process all returns within 7-10 business days of receiving your items and we will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
  • Buyer will be responsible for paying for one's own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.
  • If 14 business days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
  • Items purchased through the Partnership Program, Final Sale offers, or with Discounts exceeding 45% are considered final sale and are eligible only for store credit returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with approval or rejection. If approved, store credit, an exchange, or refund confirmation will be processed within 5 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund in 14 business days after the email confirmation on our end, check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, reach out to us via our Contact Page.
